It features an extra-thick steel base which heats quickly with no hot spots. Suitable for all hobs including induction and oven-safe up to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. The handles have been tested and re-tested for durability and safety. Three-layer non-stick system: The Ultra Total non-stick system lasts longer and prevents sticking in the pan. The Hi-Low system with grooves ensures special abrasion resistance, allowing you to cook healthy food with little to no oil.
